Meet Dr. Rachael Kerns-Wetherington
I am a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Philadelphia. I specialize in helping people navigate the anxieties of life, both big and small. I’d love to help you navigate yours.
Services
-
Typically weekly for 45-min sessions but can be adjusted as needed
-
As long as you are located in a PSYPACT participating state, we can do virtual work together. This is similar in format to in-person sessions but conducted over my secure telehealth platform.
-
Neurodivergent/ADHD/Autistic/AuDHD coaching support, Career direction, Change of career, Academic success, and more.
-
As a trained educator, I can speak on a variety of topics with expertise. Reach out with your training needs and we can discuss how to best meet them.
-
Typically shorter-term and solution-focused, we would apply psychological principles to improve workplace dynamics, communication problems, team performance, or overall business operations. Reach out if your organization needs further support to get over a challenge and could use fresh eyes on the problem.
-
As a licensed Psychologist, I can assist in providing the state-mandated supervised practice hours required for independent practice in psychology. I provide structured one-on-one mentorship tailored to your caseload and growth areas, helping meet licensure requirements.
For those not pursuing licensure, I can provide one-on-one or small group clinical mentorship. This can take the form of case consultation, skill development, and professional support such as burn-out prevention and early-career or private practice guidance.
-
An in-depth diagnostic clinical evaluation for individuals seeking clarity around a neurodiversity challenge. This is not a full neuropsych battery, but rather a truncated and accessible option to evaluate for ADHD/Autism/AUDHD and gain further clarity in future recommendations geared towards adults who do not need a full battery but rather full clincal expertise in diagnostic clarity.
“There is a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in.”
