Hi, I’m Dr. Rachael.

I’ve been helping people get unlocked from their painful patterns and move more into their full selves for more than 15 years now, and I would love to help you. You are the expert in your story, I would like to come alongside you and help you remember that, listening deeply to what you already know to be true and helping you love the life you live.

My Approach

I see myself as a collaborator, first and foremost. I work from a Relational Psychodynamic approach, listening deeply for patterns to emerge from past pain and how it informs present struggles. I help people make meaning from their lives by telling their story. My therapeutic approach is to deeply listen, provide support, and offer practical feedback for you to effectively address personal life challenges.  You are a unique human being with a unique story so I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, and all judgment suspended, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
